IELTS Try Out Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing access to the IELTS Try Out platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

User Responsibilities

Protect your login token and keep it confidential. Tokens are personal and must not be shared with other learners.

Use the materials solely for personal preparation. Copying, redistributing, or reselling the content is prohibited.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Tripay. Access is granted once the transaction is marked PAID.

Due to the instant delivery of digital content, fees are non-refundable except where mandated by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All question content, audio recordings, user interfaces, and supporting materials are owned by IELTS Try Out or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the content during the access period. No ownership rights are transferred.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain accurate scoring and uninterrupted access, but the platform is provided “as is” without warranties of performance or suitability.

IELTS Try Out is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including missed admissions or scholarship opportunities.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process payments, deliver tokens, and support your preparation. Email communication is used for transactional updates.

Operational data such as submissions may be retained for analysis and support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Termination

Access may be suspended or revoked if we detect misuse, sharing of login credentials, or attempts to compromise the platform.

We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. If access is terminated without cause, we will provide alternative arrangements where feasible.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be handled within Indonesian jurisdiction.
